The Reno Road Renovation

This full first-floor transformation started with a simple question: what if the layout actually matched the way this family lives? The answer meant rethinking everything.

The kitchen moved into the former dining room, the old kitchen became a family room with an eat-in nook, and the living room was reimagined as a formal dining space anchored by custom built-ins — with a smaller sitting area centered around the fireplace. A front hallway powder room and a butler's pantry with ample storage rounded out a first floor built for real entertaining.

The result: a first floor that finally works — for how this family cooks, gathers, and lives.
